Who are we?

AIR 12 is a mixed local economy limited company in charge of running Rodez-Aveyron airport.

It consists of thee partners with equal powers: Conseil Général de l’Aveyron (Aveyron Regional Council), Communauté d’Agglomération du Grand-Rodez (Greater Rodez Board) and Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de l’Aveyron (Aveyron Chamber of Commerce). Three banks are also part of the partnership: Crédit Agricole, Banque Populaire Occitane, and SOREPAR (Caisse d’Epargne).

Air 12’s thirty employees include ground, stopover and office personnel.

Two other units are outsourced by Air 12: SSLIA (airport fire brigade -15 employees), and Safety services (13 employees).

The owner of the infrastructures is a joint commission which launched an invitation to tender in 2010, so as to delegate public operation of the airport. SAEML AIR 12 placed a bid and won the tender to operate the site for 12 years.
